The item was significantly different from its description.
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our work, we cannot accept returns for:
Custom-made or made-to-order items.
Items that have been used, installed, or altered.
Sample tiles or discounted items.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our team at contact@artmaze.ae with:
Your order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos showing the item and the problem
Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days with the next steps.
4. Return Authorization
Once approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please write this number clearly on the outside of the return package to ensure prompt processing.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is not due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
All returned items must be securely packed in their original packaging to avoid damage in transit.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items that arrived damaged or defective, subject to product availability.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
